2014 Scholarships


EAA Chapter 723 has a scholarship program to provide financial assistance to college students proposing to obtain Math and Science related degrees at an institute of higher learning.

2014 Scholarship Requirements and Instructions 2014 Scholarship Application

EAA Chapter 723 awarded their 2014 scholarships at the June General Meeting.  The Chapter is proud to announce the scholarships listed were awarded to the following recipients.

          

Craig Templeton Scholarships were awarded to:

Ken Coolidge Scholarshipswere awarded to:

Haas Foundation Scholarships  were awarded to:

  • John Clay
  • Megan Nelford-Fracassi

EAA Chapter 723 does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, creed, religion, national or ethnic origin or gender. This scholarship is based solely on merit and is not limited to pre-selected individuals.


This scholarship may be tax-free to the recipient if:

 

1.) He or she is a candidate for a degree at an eligible educational institution; and

 

2.) Uses the scholarship funds to pay for qualified educational expenses such as tuition and fees, course-related books, supplies and equipment. Room and board, travel and non-required equipment are generally not considered qualified educational expenses.
